What is anxiety disorders?

Anxiety disorders – the group of mental disorders characterized by various combinations of characteristics such as extreme anxiety and fear, muscle tension, and physiological disorders, and suspicion towards others.
Muscle tension is expressed in the tremor, restlessness, muscle clamps, and fatigue. Physiological disorders, including heart palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling of squeezing in the chest or throat, humidity palms and dizziness. A suspicious attitude to the environment manifests itself in nervousness, irritability, difficulty falling asleep, inability to concentrate. Such states are observed in healthy people, ie they do not always indicate mental illness.
