Obsessive-compulsive disorder involves obsessions, frequently in combination with compulsive. Obsessions (obsessions) – it is hard and relentlessly pursuing human ideas, thoughts or impulses that are perceived as meaningless and unpleasant, such as blasphemous thoughts, thoughts of murder or sex. The man is aware that these obsessions come from within (in contrast to hallucinations, which seem to be emerging from the outside), and tries to ignore or suppress them. Compulsive – repetitive, purposeful and intentional behavior that occurs as a reaction to the obsessions in order to neutralize or prevent psychological distress. It should be emphasized that this behavior is always unwise and immoderate. More >
